My experience as a tenant, with Espace Immo Brussels, was excellent. We had very good and prompt communication. In every step of the procedure, I was well informed and whenever I asked for help they were there to provide all the necessary details! Thanks again!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - A EVITER ABSOLUMENT! I made an appointment with Espace Immo Brussels to visit one of their properties, however they simply did not show up, leaving us standing in front of the property without any idea what was going on. When I called the agency, they told me that the apartment had been rented the night before, and that they simply "forgot to inform us". Moreover, the lady told me this in a very rude manner without offering an apology. Some of the staff at this agency clearly lacks essential professionalism and does not even know how to communicate in a polite way.
I had an appointment at 10 this morning, the agent called me he would be late, I told him I was almost there already. I decided to wait in front of the apartment and called the agent another three times to ask him if he was arriving, but he did not answer his phone. At 10:50 I decided to call the agency, and they told me that the agent had been there but did not see anybody and decided to leave. If this is true, which I doubt a lot, it's striking the agent was not able to give me a call to ask me if I was there after making me wait more than half an hour. I tried to reach him afterwards once more but no response. Worst of all is the fact that this occurred after changing the time of the appointment at their request. I can only recommend people not to contact this agency.
Since day one I contacted? the agency they were very efficient to help me find what i was looking for, last week I went to visit an apartment and finally found a home after going to other agencies for almost one month with no results, very professional people and great service. Recommended!!
