It is really near to the middle of the city (Oude Market). The price (more or less is 360) and includes breakfast. I really enjoyed my time there. The entire residence is pretty, the room is not the biggest one that you will see, but is really comfortable. The landlord is the kindest person that you will found in Leuven. I recommend going there.

Zeer slechte plaats, niet hier op kot gaan. De verantwoordelijke is zeer onvriendelijk, gewoonweg onbeleefd. Snauwt u af zonder inhouden. De wifi werkt de helft van de tijd niet. Mijn gang werd niet gepoetst (al was wel beloofd dat dat zou gebeuren). De administratieve dienst is ook zeer onbeleefd, en het heeft meer dan 4 maanden geduurd om mijn waarborg terug te krijgen. Als ik niet verschillende keren (ongeveer 10) keer gebeld had, had ik het niet terug gekregen.

My review is not for Regina Mundi, but for the people who run it. The student Coach Jan Smets is very unfriendly. I had accorded with his superior that some objects were going to stay during the summer period, and moved to my room. However, my surprise in September is that the objects haven?t been moved to my room and that I have to pay two handymen 70?/hour each to move a couple of comforters and cutlery to another room. Where can I Apply for that job? Absolute joke

They will rip you off when check out, nothing damaged, maybe a little bit dust on the floor? = 150 Euro. Student coach is quite unfriendly. The best part is that they offered me a welcome bag containing some beverage with best-before-dates at least 1 year ago.
