Geen ster gaat niet. Aan alle huurders in spe. Teken niks eer ge door een specialist rechten het contract hebt laten uitpluizen. Men doet niks onwettigs maar men desinformeert bewust. Later komt de rekening. Respectloze behandeling van het clienteel. Update : we zijn nu zelfs zover dat de eigen werknemers en hun vrienden al positieve reviews moeten gaan zetten op Google om aan een hoger ster gemiddelde te komen... Zoals reeds gesteld: desinformeert bewust. Wees gewaarschuwd.

Verschrikkelijk onresponsieve Syndicus. Hier op google reviews zijn ze wel snel om van antwoord te dienen (dit is publiek natuurlijk...) en ze kunnen hier ook antwoorden wat ze willen uiteraard, de vele negatieve reviews spreken al voor zich. Wij hebben meerdere appartementen met Housing Beheer als Syndicus en overal zijn heel veel mensen absoluut niet tevreden, niet enkel wij. Opvolging van problemen gebeurt enorm traag en zonder ook maar enige communicatie terug, zelfs bij herhaaldelijk vragen om nieuws blijft het stil. Belangrijke algemene communicatie (verandering van contactpersoon, lopende prangende dossiers waar uitzonderlijk wel degelijk iets in is gebeurd,...) moet men altijd "van horen zeggen" te weten komen. Ze doen hun best pas als er gedreigd wordt met verandering van Syndicus, en ook dat "tussenspurtje" is dan slechts van zeer korte duur. Echt een totaal af te raden syndicus.

Awful syndicus. Won?t return calls, won?t answer e-mails and won?t use the money they collect from us in a fair and transparent way. Our NEW building is dirty and looks like a neglected social block in less than a year after delivery. They won?t intervene to any issues whatsoever. We have 2 big shareholders in our building: an investor and a company. The investor is using the building without any respect to the rights of other owners(using the elevator to move big furniture, dusting carpets and linens down from the balconies, garbage bags left in the parking spots next to his Rolls Royce etc etc....). Despite multipe complains from various owners Housing Beheer wound?t react at all. They didn?t even send him a warning! The other big shareholder in the building is a company. The company decided to change the general lock of the bike shelter(out of their own initiative) and the syndicus told them ?yes! Go ahead and change it?. As a result all the apartment owners had to BUY the new key from Housing Beheer for 4 eur per key! This happened just after the delivery of the building, so the lock was not broken and it was under guarantee. I would go on with examples, like the building isn?t cleaned for months and the syndicus isn?t aware and they won?t react to complaints, Elevators break and aren?t repared for days, AG Vespa would contact them to give information for surrounding works, they woudn?t react or pass information to us...the list with problems just doesn?t stop here. Shame on them. I would give zero stars if that was possible. ------- Answer to the reply of Housing Beheer: Why are you telling lies in your reply? You do not apply the rules to which every single owner agreed. These are basic safety and security rules. Here I quote the apartment rules: -De gemeenschappelijke delen moeten te allen tijde toegankelijk blijven. - Alle verhuizingen dienen te gebeuren via de buitenzijde van het gebouw; nooit via de traphal en de personenliften. I was left on floor 10 with 3 small kids, unable to go out from the building just because the owner/investor of 10 apartments decided to move via the only working elevator, blocking it for everybody elses use. You know well that all residents were complaining. How can you lie that this was put to voting!!!! This happened multiple times and you as syndicus didn't react. Was that ever put to voting? Did everybody agree for this except me? Why do you lie now? How many times we complained about the garbage in the garages and you didn't react? Have some shame and stop lying that people decided to live in dirty building with non-repaired elevators in a general meeting. Our building is only 9 months old!!!! About the bike shelter lock none of the residents agreed for the change. No such thing was even put to voting. Why do you tell these lies now? In fact you hid it from us that we need to pay 4 eur per key. Only when I made it known to other residents EVERYBODY started protesting. Why do you lie now in your reply below? We bought a very nice and expensive apartment in a new construction. The building isn't even 1 year old! Because of Housing Beheer's non-existing management we are considering selling our apartment! I want to warn people that nobody in their right mind should trust this syndicus.
