To get my deposits for apartment and parking spot back it took more than 4 months of many unanswered calls and emails plus more than 2 months of errors including trying to make me sign the form to release the guarantee for the apartment from which they deducted (?!?) the guarantee for the parking spot, reluctance to send the supporting documents for the provisions and when finally sending them deleating amounts and sheets, trying to make me pay for the sparkling apartment which was not when I took it and fortunately had the pics to prove it ...+ other calculation errors and omissions..(like conveniently forgotting I had paid for the last month)... Avoid it if you can or get a good lawyer. Only when I booked a lawyer appointment I got the money back

Bad experience. Today I had an appointment at 12h30 for an apartment. Agent called me at 12h26 that he will be 10min late. At 12h50 I left the place after unsuccessfull call attempt. Bad communication, lack of client respect..
